Note for tenants to consider

If you wish to rent a property through Rainbow Internet Homes Ltd you must be able to satisfy the following conditions:

Pass a Homelet Referencing credit check.  A fee of £100.00 per applicant will be required and once the reference is submitted will not be refundable irrespective of the outcome.

Be prepared to provide a guarantor should your application fail and you wish to continue with the letting.

Provide a damage guarantee as specified by the landlord equivalent to between 4 - 6 weeks rent.

Provide one months rent in advance and pay monthly in advance thereafter.

Be prepared to sign and honour an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a period of six months or one year.

Provide identification in the form of photo id and proof of residency.
